Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers, customs or peak periods.

Shipping rates

• Belgium - Standard: €7.00, free on orders over €70
• International: €10.00

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Customs & duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or late parcels

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, please contact us at sumahosupport@gmail.com and we will help you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
