This website is operated by Zenly Matcha, Avenue de l'Indépendance 3, 6600 Bastogne, Belgium ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
We sell matcha products. We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions and images accurately, but slight variations may occur. Our products are food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please check the ingredient information before consuming.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud; in that case you will be fully refunded.
5. Shipping
Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as described in our Refund Policy. Opened or unsealed food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
7. Legal guarantee
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian and EU law. Contact us if a product is defective or not as described.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
